Q: Is breakfast included in the price of the room or villas?
A: Yes, a delicious Brazilian breakfast is included in all our room or villa bookings.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: In our hotels, check-in time is from 2pm and check-out time is until 12pm. In our villas, check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Do you offer laundry services?
A: Yes, we offer a laundry service for our guests. Please contact reception for more details on prices and turnaround times.
Q: Are the hotels and villas suitable for children?
A: Absolutely!

A: No, for the peace and quiet of our guests, we do not accept pets.

A: Yes, we can arrange transfers to and from Fortaleza or Jericoacoara Airport. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service and find out the rates.

A: The windy season, ideal for kitesurfing, generally lasts from June to February. However, Prea enjoys a sunny climate all year round, making it a pleasant destination even outside this period.

A: They're on the beach!
Q: What safety measures are in place in hotels?
A: The safety of our guests is our priority. We have staff on duty 24 hours a day, surveillance cameras in common areas, and safes in the rooms.
